Cheetach from my first web site.

Welcome

I started developing this web site in 1997. This was during the time when I was living in Lae, in Papua New Guinea. From the very first version of the original web site there are still a few fragments left. One of them is the cheetah animated gif that still is present on my pages. There are also a few pictures and the jungle green colors left.

Later, while living in Macau, and even later in Abu Dhabi, I redesigned this web site a few times more. Then for about four years the web site was left untouched. Finally, in February 2007 I decided to redesign it again. I was going to remove the whole table based layout and transform all pages into CSS driven design. However, after a few hours of developing a completely new design I found that the table design is not bad at all. So, I did some changes of the content, I modified style sheets, well at least some of them, and I added a lot of new content. In January 2009 I changed the old slideshow, heavy Java applet, into a much simpler Flash slideshow.

And finally I promised myself to update this web site more frequently.
