For years I have a few nice hobbies like developing computer graphics, hiking in Carpathian Mountains,
gardening and listening music.
As I remeber, since the invention of personal computers I was always interested in computer graphics. It was mostly 3D graphics. However, I have been doing many 2D graphics explorations using Processing language. I started with very early versions of 3D Studio. Then I have been developing computer graphics using POV-Ray that is a great free tool for creating 3D graphics. Finally, I moved to wonderful Strata 3D Pro. I have been using Strata since one of its first versions. Some of my works are displayed at Strata Cafe. Unfortunately I do not have time to update this collection. Terefore, some of my graphics are still on the hard drive of my PC.
For many years my
mountains
with their beautiful wooden churches were
far away. However, in last few years I am going there more frequently than ever. I love the day-long walks through Gorce, Pieniny and Beskids. This is the world where I am free and far away from every day troubles. From time to time I visit my friends Leszek and Marysia Papież, in a small village Waksmund near Nowy Targ.

My garden in PNG, with large collection of orchids and other interesting plants, was looking nice, however I still feel that it could look much
better. In Macau we did not have a garden, but there were a few nice parks and a few
"wild" mountains, where we still could enjoy the beauty of the subtropical nature.
Here in Emirates is quite different. Guess, how may look gardening in Abu
Dhabi? However, I have a new and large garden in Poland and I spend there as much time
as I can during my summer vacations. I have a large collection of irises and peonies. Now, I am slowly moving from gardening as a hobby to a professional garden design.
I still like listening to my growing collection of records: Kitaro, Mike Oldfield,
Vangelis and Dalaras. I used to listen the music of
Orthodox and Byzantine church. In the
Middle East I discovered a beautiful music from Lebanon by
Fairuz and from Egypt by Abdel Halim Hafez. However, in recent years I listen more frequently the movie music composed by Jan A. P. Kaczmarek. I guess, I could make a whole web site about my favorite music. This has to wait a while.
